Throughout the day, visitors to our stand enjoyed sampling our homemade healthy snacks, picking up hydration advice and learning more about how we help businesses create healthier, safer and more productive working environments. We also gave out branded bottles of water to help reinforce the importance of staying hydrated. 

 

To encourage visitors to think about the role that nutrition plays in workplace wellbeing, we held a free raffle to win a 'Nourish & Thirve' hamper worth over £150, which we created with all things nutrition & wellbeing in mind. The entry process was simple and fun - all participants had to do was complete our short nutrition quiz, designed to test their knowledge while sharing practical tips for making healthier choices. This proved to be a great talking point throughout the day, with lots of people getting involved and enjoying the challenge. 

 

One of the best parts of the event was meeting so many new poeple, reconnecting with familiar faces, and speaking with organisations that share our passion for improving workplace wellbeing. It was fantastic to have so many meaningful conversations about the positive impact that quality welfare services can have on employee health, morale and productivity.
